so you're unlikely to get any really certain answers for exact numbers, but at around 30MM with a bow at least Q15 and some decent arrows you'll hit the vast majority of the time (provided you aim enough)
not really sure how much perception will affect this but you're gonna have it high enough most likely for foraging anyway

The bow is your problem. Due to how haven quality formulas work, <q10 works horrendously. Get your skills up to at least 10 surv, 10 carp to supplement your MM and make a new bow.
With a q10 bow I can reliably hit from 3-4 tiles away, after aggroing a mob to a cliff to aim at it.
