^especially when you're below ~1000 exp.

I'm currently on ~15k exp on my main, and I'm eating offerings like candies + i have full 65 int study most of the time. You just need to do various things with your character. I usually get 5-6 events a day playing casually.

W3-W13 - mostly hermit, with a few brief periods as a crafter/farmer to various villages

An even better suggestion is to add all this information to the wiki. I've added all the compilation threads to the stickied wiki thread here on the forums that I think are important to keep track of until they do get added in. (If anyone has one I missed, please post it there or PM me.)
