Monocles - available?

I already checked viewtopic.php?f=48&t=40708#p537110, but wanted to make sure before I bought Jewelry - are Monocles still available for crafting? I have the required materials and discoveries, just wanted to make sure.

They require silver glass and goldbeater skins probably jewelry.

Probably. Most people that have silver / goldbeater skins probably have all skills already learned. (Atleast cheap ones like jewelry)
