Grapejuice/Wine/Vinegar

Is there a consensus on process/time required to turn grapejuice into wine/vinegar? I've seen a lot of conflicting information on the forum. There are various suggestions involving barrels, demijohns, and buckets, but I'd rather not wait a week to find out which one works, since I assume a lot of people already know the answer by now.

Also, for any references to time, can you please specify whether you mean in-game time or real life time?

what i know and doing always,but never checked a time .

stale grapejuice - demijohn - about 1 week rl - vinegar
grapejuice - demijohn - 1 week rl - wine - 1 week rl - vinegar
some people say you can get with stale grapejuice and barrel - vinegar too in about a week ,but it didn't work for me ,cause i waited for a 2 weeks .

Grapejuice will turn into stale grapejuice and then into vinegar if you will leave it in a bucket,i tested myself
It will turn into wine if left in demijohn thats also a fact
not sure about others
