How to light pipe?

I have a fired clay pipe and it is filled with hempstuff (weed) but when I try to light it nothing happens. I catch the stick on fire and try to click on the pipe in my mouth and nothing happens then the stick burns out. I tried to light it in my inventory as well.

That's what I just said... Yes it was in my equipment slot. In mouth = in equipment slot.

No, you said you clicked the pipe when it was in your mouth, which could mean one of two things to me.

Open your equipment menu, light your fire, click the pipe on your equipment slot.

I just did it and it worked fine with me, so its clearly not a bug.

Do you have weed or hemp buds in the pipe? With a lit fire/torch you right click on the pipe in the equipment menu (not the inventory) when its in your mouth.

cured hemp buds. or in other words weed. because cured hemp buds is weed.
