Save "autohaven.jnlp" to the desktop. This is the easy way.
There is a way you can make a shortcut through Java's control panel, but I don't want to type that all out. However, Google is being a pain in the ass and giving me a bunch of coding stuff instead of what I want...
I'm assuming you're on Windows, so...
Open Control Panel>Java
Under the "General" panel, click "View..." under Temporary Internet Files
The Java Cache Viewer will open and you will see a list of Java apps installed. Right click the Haven & Hearth listing and select "Install Shortcuts."
Warning: if the cache changes at all, it screws with the shortcut Java made. I really can't recommend this for any apps managed through Java Web Start (anything you download that is a .jnlp like Haven).
