Unplayable UI Size on MS Surface?

Hello!
I recently got an MS Surface and thought it would be a good idea to play Haven on it, however every time I boot it up the UI is so small that it's completely unplayable. See pic related.

I've tried adjusting the screen resolution, I've tried adjusting the zoom level, but how do I actually increase the size of the UI in game?

I think in-game UI adjustment is only possible with the custom clients, you might try one of those from the Wizard's Tower sub-forum. Otherwise I'm not sure sorry.

I think you should just throw MS surface to dumpster and buy real computer. Those things arent meant for playing games.

None of the custom clients have adjustable UIs as it is all hard-coded in. None that I've ever been aware of have tried to tackle it.
