Farming qualities

Postby DaewenWinter » Sat Nov 14, 2015 9:53 pm

It is well known that a better farmer will increase the quality levels of the crops up to their skill level, however, should a sprucecap try to plant higher quality crops than their skill level, will the crops' quality drop to their level over time?

Itll eventually go down as you get negatives from the RNG. But, correct me if Im wrong, the farming skill is a cap. Ive had a villager with 1 farming plant avg q70 carrots, only for them to not increase with the RNG, and luckily not go down either.

So letting a new guy plant crops while the main farmer is gone won't completely spoil the crops. You won't have q50 crops turn q7 just because some noob put on his hat and tried to farm. Nice to know.
