How doe the claims presence work? i cant refill it because its says its too young, w/e that means but does that mean when its finally old enough to refill and im offline at work, will it dissolve the claim and make me waste my bones again for another in hopes that i can get to it fast enough?

0 or less presence = someone can bash it by hand. 1+ presence means they'd need a battering ram to get rid of it.

There also might be no effective decay resistance on a drained claim, but for your needs I don't think this is an issue. It'll start gaining presence from stuff you study after it's 8 hours old.

Pretty much. Bones get much easier to get as your character progresses anyway.
