Building material colors are clearly not correct

I demand a refund. Woods are:

Larch/Hazel/Hornbeam
Blocks: 47 Larch, 30 Hazel, 22 Hornbeam, 1 Unknown
Boards: 28 Larch, 18 Hazel, 14 Hornbeam

The amount of each subsequent material needs to be at least half as abundant as the material preceding it. Where the fuck is my hornbeam backdrop?

I believe blocks and boards are treated as the same material group in Stone Mansions because it only uses the inner wood color. See viewtopic.php?p=581103#p581103

Cool. They are proportionally about the same, and if you add them up the less common materials are still more abundant than half the preceding material. That's why I planned it out with those numbers, because nobody has fucking addressed when boards or blocks take precedence and when they color specific areas. By that I mean, any explanation about it is too vague and does not explain any specific details like whether boards are worth more than blocks, because it would make sense if they were, and other things.

The thing that gets me the most is that the stone worked with the same kind of proportions.

In that post I got Larch as my backdrop (#3) when it was the largest wood number, so stone mansions follow a special rule. It looks like in your mansion wood #1 (corner and vertical beams) is hazel and larch is all three other woods. Following's Jorb's guide it doesn't make sense no matter how it's put together...

The rules need to be outlined clearly, or fixed since they sound broken, or we need a materials simulator.

Or an option to put the wood where we actually want it. Math can't and harder into this.

Jorb's Guide:

How about this instead, just as a theory?
Image
Your first board was larch, second board hazel - backdrop larch, door hazel
Your first block was larch, second block hazel - peak is larch, columns are hazel

my house's board were all larch, and I got a larch backdrop and larch door. My house's blocks were first chestnut, second goldenchain, which matches my chestnut peak, goldenchain columns.

Both match up. Are there others to compare?

Only the primary and secondary blocks and boards are used, so the hornbeam was vaporized by jorbian energies
barra's image has it correctly displayed

So two of the colors are defined by blocks and two are defined by boards.

THAT'S SO EASY TO SAY WHY WAS IT NOT EXPLAINED LIKE THAT

Now I actually do want a refund. Apparently "wood" doesn't mean "all wood".
