Bear spawn rate

Hello,
is it me or has the bear spawn rate been decreased ever since the 'animals fuck things up' update?
before that, i would find 1 bear almost every 15 minutes. Now i walk two hours in the forest and i cant even find one

Its pretty much luck based im quite sure. They just happen to spawn regularily inregularily

I thought its opposite,i never found bears before and now they just spawn beside my palisade

Prob really random, it might depend on lunar cylces or something weird

Besides in the last 100-150 animals I killed there was no deer

Does this mean you only kills chcikens at your place or that you cant kill deers?

I do not kill chickens and I include bears and lynxes in those animals. So hopefully I can kill deers, but they may have left my region. Come back please I promise it will be quick and just a small incision

I find about 2 a week nearby. Plenty for me as killing one usually involves several bandages.

I have only seen 2 lynxes near me and they ran away so fast I didn't even get a chance to try and kill them. Not agro low health, they just wandered away at sprint speed through a forest.
