Spit roast

what happens when you roast somthing after its cook already on the spit?... i dont want to waste valuable meat if anyone can tell me :z
also what you can put in it (the mini storage when you select the open option)

you get ashes and i dont think anything has been added for the slots in the firepit

It takes quite some time for the roast to turn to ash. A day+? A couple hours if turned by hand? Seems like I recall jorb mentioning it, but I don't think he mentioned specific times. I'd have to dig it up out of the forums. Might be worth the wait if you're after high quality ash (dice, cloak, etc.)

No, there isn't anything implemented for the fireplace yet. The devs are probably waiting for the "food changes" jorb has mentioned once or twice in discussions before doing too much more.
