Barley Seeds?

I've dried at least 50 Weeping windsewn seeds on drying racks and haven't got a single barley seed.... What am I doing wrong?

Foraging the same areas over and over again. Try somewhere you haven't gone. Making a map and marking of spots you've found WWW helps.

The crop you get is based on where you got the WWW, there are tiny areas on the map that localize which crop you get from WWWs there.
I still have no hemp, gotta just forage farther from home

Only an hour? I spent days finding barley (in a swamp) and weeks finding flax. Now that I've moved, 1/4 of all the seeds I find are barley, and I rarely find beets anymore.

1 hour into the west and 1 hour in the east from my camp.
