Broken or ghost Hearthfire?

So me and my bro were out adventuring and found a random Hearthfire that was green.

This is not one of our friends since it has no name above. What is going on?

A hearthfire indicates if the player is on or off line by changing color.

Okay thanks, i thought it only turned green if it's your friends and he's online.
