Personal Claims inside the Village

Hello, we seem to be out of ideas about how to give permission for a villager to setup a personal claim inside the village. Looks like cairn is not allowing it either.
It says "you don't have permission to build claim inside the village" for everyone except lawspeaker and there seem to be no option to grant permissions either. Help?

Have you looked in the kin & kith list and enabled the villagers to "manage claimed territory," or something along those lines.

Thank you SO much! I didn't find a new tab in there and now I see it... Oh it should be somehow more obvious I guess
