Hi~Just a quick question, is the quality of consturctions affected by the character's abilities or attributes?

Pretty sure it is affected by some skill values. I've seen low quality spinning wheels and herbalist tables pretty commonly.

They are not. I'm guessing those tables had low q fibres and boards.
