Any reason to take int, perc, dex, psyche above 100?

int+stealth is a marginal pvp stat

PER and DEX are used in cooking recipes, PSY in jewelry crafting, INT for bonesaws.

Realistically, no, don't really need them above 100 for most players.

Stealth seems stronger this world, but it is still not that useful (the relevant thing is comparison of per*exp and stealth*int). People generally have lower per*exp unless they are specifically trying to track you down with ranger gear equipped.
I have 173 base int for mainly roleplay purposes.

Above 100 Perc makes you a very good archer/spear-chucker. And cook.

Above 100 Intelligence is useless but being a carpenter and making ultra-high Q boards. Once you reach ~90 Int, you can fill your Study Table easily.

Above 100 Dex, cooking.

Above 100 Psy, jewelry.

afaik perc does nothing for archery right now.
