How to Remove Other Person's Hearth Fire?

Hi~I found a great place to settle but there is one hearth fire there. How to remove or just move someone else's hearth fire to other place?

Claim it and destroy it. Otherwise you'll need Vandalism skill.

Adventure menu has a button called "destroy" that'll do the trick.
