Wretched Gore - Possibly beating a dead horse

Sorry if this topic has been reiterated a disgusting amount of times. The only info I could find was as of September, 2015. The info I found made it sound as though it was a work in progress. But my question, as it suggests in the title, is how do I heal a wretched gore? Has a way been implemented as of yet?

IIRC you have to make a stitch with a cloth, metal nugget, and some other stuff. The healing debuff takes off some stats. I believe at Q10 it heals one point per day, easily making healing a gore take more than a month.

Making higher quality speeds healing on all healing items. Make the best quality you can get your hands on. It's still going to be slow at healing 1 HHP * qual mod.

*qual mod = square root ( Item quality / 10 )
