does new gaven has lag or its my laptop? old haven used to run pretty well but this is getting messy what can i do? any fix on options or something?

best way to reduce fps struggle is getting a custom client that can hide tree, also ubder option, there are video settings you can change to help a little

If it is the same issue I have where you start skipping or whatever as you walk, a temporary fix would be to close the client completely and start it up again. At least this does the trick for me. ;o

A custom client can help, but if you're using something like an Atom processor (such as a Windows tablet) or have an older PC with a slow (by today's standard) processor or older GPU/graphics card, you may need hardware upgrades at this time. Loftar is looking at ways of optimizing the client more, but no word of when this will happen. A few things have shown up already, though, such as improvements to sound processing.

ender client dosent have a hide option? XD i need to hide trees i think that way my client will run faster

It's not the trees that are the problem. It's the flavor objects, it is the crops. Hiding trees does help with visibility.

I'm not sure which of the clients have hide features. I've been using the original, vanilla client because I haven't had a "need" to get one of the custom clients this world. Check the modders' opening posts to see the features of the different clients.
