where can i find stones i urge them and i havent seen one for the last 2 hours no matter where i go, i saw a mountain but well i decided to move to an area with lees HFs, so anyone can tell me how to get stones?

if you walk around outside the spawn area, it's easy to get stones, but within the spawn area, everyone has basically cleared it out, only ways to get stones, is to find little stone patched like this in the ground where you can dig and collect stones from.

Possibly, look more, but not unless you're lucky. This is why InfectedKing posted that image. You can get stones out of stony ground like that.
