yeah, a "heinous" scent (theft, vandalism, battery or murder). you also need bones.

Yes runed dolmen is the altar thingy. It requires Stone, Dream and bone. You must have discovered a heinous scent in addition to those.

Nidbane fetters that are placed on dolmen require bar of hard metal, wax and scent both discovered and for crafting one, Nidbane will haunt perpetrator who left the scent used in crafting.
