UA combat - yes i read the guide

Okay so I'm a hermit. Just got 25 UA on my main. But I don't really understand how to use UA without taking tons of damage. The most I've ever done is chase things down after shooting with a bow and punching them to death. Not sure what my agility is but I'm fairly certain it's near 20. Any suggestions beyond what sevenless' guide says?

Get more. Get armor. Get gud (this last one is just a joke), but I mean to say, learn each animal's attacks and defenses and build a move deck according to what you should expect.

Start with ants, never aggro more than one at a time, keep your defense up as primary goal.

This is to get a feel for the system and get confidence in it.

Then get some more UA and AGI, to go against boars have a deck with blue punch (does not trigger tusk romp) and rest defense. Go for combat discoveries.

Stay away from bears, deers and moose.

Your not going to be able to fight much with 20UA and similar agility. Ants will be ok, but anything bigger like bats or foxes, you'll struggle with. Anything bigger than that will just wreck you.
Continue to improve your skills and work your way up.
BTW don't even try a Lynx for a loooong time. I accidentally aggroed one a while back with 80UA and 65ish AGI, and ended up with a stack of 65 wretched gore.
