Invalid Authentication Token

I log on to Haven tonight and I see "Invalid Authentication Token" above my log in button. When I log in, none of my characters are on screen and I'm sent to the starter area as if this were a brand new account. This is frightening because I have put a lot of time into this game and specifically this profile. Any ideas would be appreciated, I don't want my poor animals to go without being fed for too long!

Notes:
My account is free, but my hours have not run out this week.
The game has been running perfect until now.
Yes my Java is up to date.

I'm sure the answer is simple but I appreciate any help, or direction to a similar but answered post.
