Fishing

Hello,

I have a question about fishing.

I´m fishing over an hour now and I got not one fish.

Perception is 21 and Survival is 8 is it still not enough to catch fishes?
Or which abilities, attributes do I need?

I fished a lot of trash but not one fish

Look for fish sources. An animation in which a fish jumps out of the water indicates a source, fish those spots. Other than that, patience
