Healing Severe Mauling

It doesn't say severe mauling heals over time so if anyone finds how to heal it let me know.

I've got "Wretched Gore", not sure how to heal this. I'm hoping to find some roots.

Wretched Gore is healed by the Stich patch. You need cloth, string, bone glue, and a metal nugget. Be warned it takes a LONG time to heal. That means you need metal, and it also means you need farming flax or hemp, or get wool from a sheep/mouflon. Either way you will need basic mechanics for a loom (which is also needed for bandages). Basic Mechanics is learned from Rope Twinning, Metalworking, and Wheelwighting.

Don't know about severe mauling though. That's probably one of the new ones.

Stitched patch heals 1hhp per day and reduces your agility/charisma by 10. You're better off finding roots.
