Bandwidth Usage?

Hi- I'm probably going to need to play this game on my phone's hotspot since I have satellite internet. I need to know the typical bandwidth usage of this game to see if I can play it- Anyone know what that might be?

I think the input lag might be more of a concern for you....

Resource loading is moderate bandwidth usage, but as long as resources are up-to-date and cached, bandwidth looks pretty low, tens of kbps from what I can tell on my end (less than 1% of my broadband bandwidth).

Latency will more likely be the problem when using a sattelite uplink.

It'll be somewhat useable to larp around in your settlement to do some farming, tan some hides or refill some curios.

But better forget about combat, or at least don't complain in case you get rekt without a way to do something against it.

Maxium spikes are around 0,1 Mbs. But if its downloading .res files that you dont yet have in cache its a bit more.
Those files are one time download only and then they will exist in your computer.
