What affects the FEP/hunger bonus chairs and tables do?

When I inspect tables or chairs, it says "nothing of particular interest to inspect", which implies that chair and table quality doesn't affect their bonuses, is that true?

Do cottage table/chair give better bonuses than regular Rustic Table/chair?
