o.o, you must be very lucky then, most of the players are complaining about world being too small, crime being too easy, far from farmville. Go visit nearest mountain and you'll find non-farmville.

Yes? New Brodgar was hit and raided a few days ago, lots of newbies have been hunted down, and there's been some general conflict in denser regions around the map. While the river networking this world does make it easier to travel most raiders aren't comfortably established enough yet to roam the world looking for larger fights.

Lots of harassing and griefing as well, but most of that doesn't lead to pvp, just defensive actions taken. At least one village has had their claim sniped from them and two major factions are harassing each other but I don't think it has escalated to outright fighting yet. People are looking to avoid leaving scents until they're settled in and can put up a fight.

For whatever reason I've heard a few people say the center of the world is quieter than the outer rim so you may be enjoying that.

Some tips if you want pvp:
1. Most people are too arrogant to use auto-hearth.
2. You can hide your shield and sword in inventory and only equip them while in combat.
3. Wear nettle clothes when walking around if you want to get close enough to aggro someone.
4. Since people live so near each other, people are used to seeing newish players with nettle clothes and no weapon/shield. They will in general not autohearth when they see such.
5. You can always go near a decent size town and pretend to be a newbie and try to fool them into going into your aggro range.

You should be able to aggro autohearthers if you approach on run speed 3, the hearthing time was doubled near the end of w8. Outlaw was a direct replacement to summoning at hearthfires and is better. The visitor debuff is because the only way to get into someone's claim through the gate was:
- they didn't understand how master keys worked
- you infiltrated their base which was retarded
- the server crashed when the gate was open (or you had a way to crash people's clients - this happened in w8)

I don't understand how any of these are issues or lead to reduced pvp. Arguably nidbanes would.
