Do you need to dry the pipeweed leaf like a hemp bud? And how long does it take to dry? Same as hemp buds? Thanks in advance for an answer.

It does have to be dried. It should take half as long as a hemp bud provided legacy haven numbers are still correct
You'll have to grind it in a quern after drying it, too

I've been growing some pipeweed because I got the seeds from some WWW's. What is pipeweed for? (Smokin' pipeweed? ) Seriously - is it worthwhile growing some?

Pipeweed is used for a clay pipe you can dry it on an drying frame or herbalist table if jorb didn't change it. It should take about two days or a week not sure

Does smoking pipeweed in a clay pipe give you a FEP bonus as described in the wiki, or is it purely cosmetic?

pipeweed gives you an int buff. smoking cured hemp buds gives hunger reduction.
