Hunger time and others

hi there, it's me again, and the question this time is simple, how much time it takes the hunger to go down? i've already read this guide but there's no time needed write on 4 levels of hunger... i see it need like 20 minutes for 1% at "hungry" level, but i'm not sure and i miss the other 3 lvls anyway, so... anyone knows?

then i need a good combat guide, because i'm already dead 3 times against every tipe of animals (fox too -.-')

On player claims, mostly in mountains, some in shallow water.

There are salt pits which are not claimed, today I harvested a total of 12 salt from such.

Please note that I will hunt down and kill whoever steals my Salt, and I am likely not the only one. Salt is very valuable.
