How do i know a rock crystal is ready and do i need any certain skills to get some?

Just have to keep checking it. I've not seen a timer for these yet. I have seen other node types reported on a 2-2.5 day timer, though.

I thought it varies per node? I've seen lots of complaining about how slowly Ageless Ice regenerates. Hell, I haven't even heard anyone confirm they've regenerated even once since world start.

could be people are just harvesting more of one, or that the same regen amounts are spread over more nodes.

2-3 days sounds about right for rock crystals in my experience, by the way.

This what your talking about? I dont have mining yet and only have stone axe

you don't need mining for it i don't think? your character just does one chip at it like a boulder.

I have mining now.... its flashing/sparkling... tried all the tools I have now but still no prompt to chip stone or harvest. Mining button does nothing to it eather

Right click it. Either you get an option to collect, or it is not ready.
They seem to respawn very slowly...

ok, well it is sparkling so there must be some other thing it does when its ready
