how does the palisade gate key system work in haven and hearth 1 i got a key but now i didnt and i can open the gate without haveing a key.... is there a key at all,can anyone open it

Build a lock and right click it onto the gate.

BTW: the search function on the forum usually works.

Buy the skill locks and bolts, craft lock on crafting menu out of block of wood.
