What does MM do?

As I understand it speed of sling and bow are unaffected by mm since they load so fast even without any mm.
the damage is modified by PER and AGI again.
and the Q of bow changes a lot of things.

but what does mm do? does it cap the effect your bow gains from the Q or something?

Caps ql and affects on how good your aim is. I think ? Im not that much into archery.

Increases the speed the aimbar fills. Also bow q
