Does it matter for any of these things?

Here are some related followup questions. Does the quality of demijohns matter for turning grapejuice into wine? Does the quality of a bucket matter for turning grapejuice into vinegar?

Last world demijohns didn't even have quality when inspected. Guessing they still don't.
