I've found them in the wild here and there. I'm not super leveled or maxed out either.

From the wiki for glimmer moss:
First starting to show up with at least 1275 per x exp

I've got 16 * 15 (probably less when I found them even)
And i've found 3 - 5 of the things, in grasslands i'm pretty sure.
Pretty sure some withered away in the cupboard as well

Naw, one of the dev's mentioned it was about 200~, so they are super common. The bigger issue is trying to find the right terrain they spawn on, they only spawn on 2 types of terrain iirc from the patch notes, so you got to find the ones they spawn on.

can you post a minimap sample of the terrain or in game screenshot or both? I'm colorblind, and this description doesn't help me as much.
