Global pool???????

Okay. These 2 trees are in my area.
First one has leaves, the other one doesnt.

Well, if its soposed to be a global pool all the trees should have leaves. Isnt it like that?

global pool of available resources, randomly applied to the nodes available, some wont get any, some might get more than one. I believe thats how it works

No, it isn't. Resources are distributed from the global pool to the local nodes. People then pick from the local nodes. The local nodes can become empty because of this, as you can see from the tree without leaves. Each one needs to be emptied separately, hence the other tree still having its leaves.
