forage Wild Windblown Winsomes from far and wide, eventually you will get all the various seeds available

Yeah different seeds will turn up in different regions of the world. If you are having trouble, search further and wider. Seriously though it may be wise to grab four or five WWWs from different areas. This way you'll have an idea of what spawns where for future reference.
