Few questions about death

So, I have died for my first time and I'd like to ask about few things.

Can I bury fresh body, or do I have to wait for skeleton? If so, are there any penalties for burying fresh body?

Should I wait for burial before i spend any LP on skills or attributes?

How does LP recovery work? How much does it recover?

Will it give me back learned skills?

no you cant bury fresh body
yes you propably should wait
it recovers 20% for the skeleton and another 10% for the skull allowing you to get back 60% in total
no,learned skills will be transfered into lp

So, if I learned Yeomanry before, after burial I'll get 4k LP to get it back?

If I've had 20 STR before death, spawned new character and then raised my STR to 19, will I still get 30% bonus stats for burial?

Would this mean my STR will be over 20?

Should I consider not raising stats until burial?

Sorry for so many questions, but couldn't find any information considering deaths.

Do not put points into incrementable skills like UA, or level stats, like str.
Inheriting will bring the values UP TO, but NOT above, the percentage values of your old stats. Buying one-off skills is fine though.
