Enlarge my UI?

My game UI (health, menu, inventory) is unusually small. I am running Windows 10 and I have not had this problem before until recently. There is no option to make the UI larger so I was wondering if there was some sort of key combo I could use that enlarges it.
Any thoughts?

Lower your desktop resolution. I don't know of another easy way. There may be some third party utility.

Thank you sir, your solution works perfectly. Obviously, it is a little annoying to have to switch back and forth between resolutions but not too much. Hopefully this will be fixed in the future. Until then, thank you.
