Loosing perception

Hello,
I have a problem. I buy few levels in perception. Than i lost many and many levels for example ( 4 - 1 ) and for level 6 ( 6 - 2 ). How to stop that process ?

Get knocked out less. The "Concussion" wound causes your Abilities to drop in proportion to the magnitude of the wound. You get them back once the Concussion heals off, of course.

On begin how to heal? It's quite hard. Should i make stinging poultice?

Concussion heals by itself over time. If anything, you can put a cold compress on it, but stinging poultice doesn't apply to concussion.
