Is wounds disappear?

Hello,
I started play hnh from yesterday. I attacked by x2 bear and ants. I have many wounds:
- Blunt trauma
- concussion
- deep cut
- scrapes and cuts
- treated with poultice
- unfaced (x3)

How can i lose this wounds? Please help.

OMG you attacked a bear on your first day? Go hard or go home I guess. Congrats for surviving.
