Cow won't give birth

I'm sorry if this has been discussed recently. I have a feeling it has but searching only turned up results from Olde Haven.

My cow has been with calf for well over two weeks. My first thought was that she pushed a little too hard and the thing got launched over my wall and off into the wilderness, only to get pregnant again all before I logged on. I decided to try and use a bucket on her to see if she was producing milk, but nope no interaction with bucket. I've also tried expanding the pen, separating her further from the bull, making sure she's well-fed and satiated, telling her she's beautiful, etc.

The only thing out of the ordinary that I can think of is that i took her across a river on a raft either they day of or the day after she got knocked up. I don't know how or if that would have any connection but you never know. I'm goin on three weeks now and I'm starting to wonder if this is somehow related to that bugged animal corpse issue in any way.

In any case, I'm not quite sure if this is a bug or just an unknown new variable in breeding or what, so i decided to ask here instead of report it as a bug.

Any ideas?

Of course, the moment after I posted this I tab back in to a calf. I seriously put off posting about this to avoid that happening. I still find it odd though. Why did it take nearly three weeks? Maybe something I was doing reset the timer?

Without some reliable way to reproduce, best I can suggest is to report it as a bug and hope maybe someone else can say the problem exists. Without that, it can't really be pinpointed in code and may not be found unless loftar literally trips over the offending piece of code.

Yeah I've been trying to reproduce the issue with an ewe. In fact I had her on a raft the same day as the cow and she's given birth twice since. I'll research it a little more and then post what I find.

make sure that the animals can reach eachother. Last world nearly a third of my pen was full of dirt stockpiles and 1 of my brilliant cattle ran past the stockpiles in the corner and got stuck. To make it short i had to unstuck it by getting rid of the piles. I still dont know how it did get there but once it was free they got straight to breeding.
