Questions about Haven and Hearth 2

Before I go in invest many hours with my friends into this game I have some questions.
1: How is the current game state compared to the previous game? Does it have most if all of its features or is it still a work in progress?
2: Has the Limited time for the Free players been abolished yet? If it has then we will most likely play and even sub if its fun.
3: How do we go about finding other players? Please tell me Hearth secrets are in. This is a major factor for me because I dont want to play alone. I would like to play with my 4 friends.

1. It is still working in progress of course. I think most of the features are back. And the general gameplay is much more smooth to me (camera rotation is the big deal). You can have a look at viewtopic.php?f=48&t=40708 for a list of missing things still.
2. Yes. You can play as much as you will liking as a free man.
3. No hearth secret. You must have one man spawn and then build some beacons for each other player for spawning at. This is not hard to do.

To add to what Ysh said, instead of unlimited play time, subscribers get a 30% boost to LP and a 10% increase to maximum attributes. This isn't a big deal unless you belong to one of the top competitive villages pushing the stat limit (300).

This is the best time to (re)start H&H.

Ha, I just thought that was a patch change, I didn't realize it was exclusive to subscribers.
