How do food satiations work?

So I though they cleared every time you gain a fep, but I guess I thought wrong because I've been stuck for 4 satiations for a while

satiations are annoying and a touch arcane imo currently

you need 4 satiations to go under 50% then the lowest satiation resets to 100%
read the patch notes and you can figure out how to increase select satiations by drinking

Can mention also this one was changed in the most recent patching. It used to work as you are thought two weeks ago.
