Hello. FNG here.
I was just wondering if the .jnlp file downloads some extra files somewhere on my computer or is it fully browser run?
If I somehow missed this info, I'm sorry. Thanks in advance for reading/answering.

Typically, when you run a Java app with Java Web Start (the .jnlp file), it gets cached to Java's internal file cache. In the case of game downloaded files, they go to the \User directory pointed out in the above post.

Thank you for this. I got java installed and I found the .haven folder in C:\Users\%USERNAME%\.haven and it's ~15 MB. Can I move the folder or alter some settings to move it?

MagicManICT wrote:No, you need to leave that folder there. The settings are coded into the client. Moving that folder is the same as deleting the files. It means it will all get downloaded again as if it weren't there.
