how can i play if it shuts out my game

So i clicked play on the website and it says it building the terrain but then shuts me out the game can you please help me i have the updated java for the game so how can i play if it shuts off my game before i play?

happens to me on my laptop, i keep getting some unable to dump or mini dump error before i can see anything. there may be an error message/file where your computer downloaded the file to

We need more details. What happens? Does the game crash? Does it just close unexpectedly with no crash report? Do you get any pop-ups saying "This application has been blocked?"

If the game is crashing, please post the report you get. Without that, there's not much we can do. Otherwise, try to give us some information about your system such as operating system (include version), any firewalls or other security/antivirus software you have, Java version, hardware information such as graphics processor.
