if someone player login start my Territory?
or outside login start?

my create Leanto but someone player item put
Destory -> "That Leanto is Claimed"
Light Click item get ->"That does not belong to you"

Hearth fires can spawn on any unclaimed territory. Not sure if still true the only exception is within 5 spaces of a claim they can not.

Leanto' are not claimed until a person places and item in them. If you did not have anything in it it was not claimed.

Use Personal claims to claim areas.

Then we have criminal acts that can allow some of the things you mentioned on claimed land.

I think you can break it with ease provided you have the vandalism skill

Probably shouldn't do it til you have a claimed and locked palisade though, as the outlaw debuff is bretty bad otherwise
