Can horses pull wagons?

As titled, can horses pull wagons? or is there a way to get a bull down into a cave to have a wagon down below?

You can pull an wagon while riding an horse but for the second question i don't think that's possible sorry

umm pretty sure you can pull a cart while riding a horse, not a wagon

as for wagon unground...yea ive suggested it a couple of times, im sure others have too, as of yet no, if only you could hook up horses to a wagon then it wouldnt be a problem
