Buttons are sewing icon. Bear cape is not sewing (strength I think?). There is no matching, so your skill cannot help. So you get lowest chance, 0*X% = 0%.

Metal buttons are sweing? It says they are smithing and unarmed. I mistakenly thought the icon was str. But where are you getting metal buttons are sewing. And if you know. What item should I guild onto a bear cape for str and a high chance at a new slot?
